Greetings, numans! Today we launched Vault 2.0 on Sepolia test net. As outlined in our schedule, our launch cycle has various pieces and release dates. This release is essentially the first tangible aspect of the numa protocol. During the test net phase, we invite our community to try out our new app and give any feedback that might help as we move towards the release on Arbitrum main net. From a UX perspective, this release demonstrates our new dashboard and simple burning and minting of NUMA tokens. On the backend, we have deployed a new vault that enables the lending and leverage functionality to come, as well as our new dynamic buy fee. Later this week we will release the lending and leverage functions for testing, too.
In order to initiate transactions on our test net app, users must acquire Sepolia NUMA tokens, as well as Sepolia ETH. To distribute Sepolia NUMA tokens, we created an airstream campaign on Sablier, which allows all NUMA holders to claim 10 Sepolia NUMA. This is similar to an airdrop, though users must claim the tokens on Sablier themselves. In order to claim Sepolia NUMA, users must first have Sepolia ETH in their wallet to pay for gas, which can be obtained via various faucets. Burning NUMA on the test net app will give the user our test net LST token, which serves as a representation of rETH for testing purposes.
Here are the basic steps for trying our test net app:
Get Sepolia ETH from a faucet, such as this: https://cloud.google.com/application/web3/faucet/ethereum/sepolia
Go to the airstream campaign on Sablier: https://app.sablier.com//airdrops/campaign/0x12057ec30b5e24f810cae770d253dd134f3cb01b-11155111/
Claim your 10 Sepolia NUMA
Add the NUMA token to your wallet: 0xf478F8dEDebe67cC095693A9d6778dEb3fb67FFe
Go to the numa test net app: https://test.numa.money/
Burn 10 NUMA to receive the Sepolia LST token
Add the LST token to your wallet: 0x1521c67fDFDb670fa21407ebDbBda5F41591646c
We invite all NUMA token holders to participate in testing, and we appreciate the support of our community as we move closer to launching on Arbitrum main net. We will have more updates later this week as our test net expands to including lending and leverage functionality. As always, we invite everyone to join our Telegram group and be part of the discussion!
